Biographical Sketch:704 "Beverly Klipfel around the age of twenty planted over 200 Blue Spruce pine trees in the Beulah, Colorado area near Pennsylvania and Pine Drive. He worked over 22 summers for Mr. Saunders who was a banker. Beverly also hauled garden rock to Mountain View Cemetery in Pueblo, Colorado. Beverly retired in 1972 after serving 20 years as Water Commissioner for the State of Colorado."

1980 Obituary:2734 "Mr. Beverley W. Klipfel, late of 8933 South Pine Drive, passed away July 3, 1980, in a Colorado Springs hospital after a short illness. Survived by his widow, Goldia Klipfel of 8933 South Pine Drive, where the family may be contacted, and one son, Willard Klipfel of Springfield, Grandfather of Chuck Klipfel, Garden City, Kan., and Jim Klipfel and Miss Cynde Klipfel, both of Springfield, and brother of Emmet Klipfel, Mrs. Helen Ahlers and Mrs. Faye Hadwinger, all of Beulah, Mrs. fern Holland, Denver, and Hugh Lee Klipfel of Pueblo. Mr. Klipfel was born June 8, 1904, in Beulah and had been a lifetime resident of that community. A rancher and farmer in the Beulah area, he was appointed water commissioner for District 15 in 1952, retiring in 1972. Mr. and Mrs. Klipfel were married March 4, 1935, in Canon City.
