1879 Will:1959 Joseph Wehner, in his will written 27 March 1879 and recorded 1 April 1879, bequeathed to his "beloved Wife in lieu of Dower one third of all that may be raised on the farm or in other words, one third except my Mother is to have one fourth of about fifteen or sixteen acres until her death, afterwards my Wife shall have the full one third of all of my farm. She shall have all of house furniture. I do further provide that my just debts are paid, the balance shall be divided among all my children." Joseph appointed his brother Michael as executor and John Gerstner as guardian of his children. George Limbert and John Schaub witnessed the will signing.
