Parents James and Susanna Frame were enumerated in Bourbon County, Kentucky1480 in 1810 and in Preble County, Ohio2285 in 1820. The Frame family is believed to have relocated to Preble County in 1816 based on a land purchase827 by family patriarch Jeremiah Frame.
