1886 Death Mention:1751 "Died, in Englewood last Sabbath morning, Irene, eldest daughter of E. and L. E. Phillips, aged 6 years and 6 months. The remains were brought to Wheeler Monday evening and buried Tuesday morning from the M. E. church, Rev. Mr. Loder officiating at the funeral services. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips seem to command a double share of sympathy, as he is still very feeble from an attack of typhoid fever of several weeks duration and his final recovery seems still far in the future."
