1926 Obituary:560 Pusheta Township Woman Passes On. Mrs. Barbara Graff Dies at Home of Son in Shelby County Wednesday. Mrs. Barbara Graff, native of Pusheta township, and former well known local resident, died Wednesday, June 30, 1926, at the home of her son, W. J. Graff, southwest of Swanders, Shelby County. Mrs. Graff had made her home with her son since she was stricken with paralysis 12 years ago, while a resident of this city.
Barbara Klipfel Graff, daughter of William Klipfel, one of the early residents of Pusheta township, was born December 26, 1845, and was aged 81, six months and four days at the time of her death. Her marriage to the late Adam Graff of this city occurred more than half a century ago and following a short residence in the country, the couple moved to Wapakoneta where Mr. Graff followed his trade as a brick mason. He died five years ago.
Surviving are two sons, W. J. Graff, with whom she lived, and Charles Graff of Muncie, Indiana. One grandchild and two great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the W. J. Graff home. Burial in Pearl Cemetery.
