1903 Death Mention:2036 Death of John Frame. John Frame, one of the oldest farmers residing near Burdick, died Thursday of cancer of the stomach after an illness of long standing. Mr. Frame was seventy years old and leaves a wife and several grown children. The funeral took place Friday afternoon from the Eight Corners church in Pine township, near the Boone homestead. Mr. Frame was well known in Michigan City, having done his trading here for many years. He was also a brother of Younger Frame.

1903 Death Mention:2035 John Frame, one of Porter County’s oldest residents, died at his home in Burdick Wednesday. The deceased was 65 years old and had been a resident of Porter county for over 50 years. He leaves a wife and two sons. The funeral was held from the Burdick church.
