1810 U.S. Census:2319 The Joseph Snodgrass family enumerated in Bourbon County, Kentucky included 5 children under the age of ten and is not likely to represent Joseph Snodgrass and Mary Frame who were married in April 1810. This researcher beleives it more likely that Joseph and Mary were enumerated in the household of Reuben Snodgrass (listed two names apart within the 'S' surname group), which included small children, a male and female over the age of 45, and 2 males and 2 females between the ages of 16 and 25 -- the appropriate age group for Joseph Snodgrass and Mary Frame. Other researchers have identified Benjamin Snodgrass as the father of Joseph Snodgrass; the relationship of Reuben to Joseph Snodgrass has not been established. Perhaps a brother?
