1961 Obituary:276 Martin Kirkwood Morey, 91, of 204 N. Wagner Ave. died at 6:05 p.m. Saturday. He made his home with his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas (Edna) Davis. He had been in failing health for some time. A lifelong resident of the Wapakoneta area, he was born March 4, 1870 to Martin and Debbie Binkley Morey. On Dec. 24, 1898 he was married to Almeda A. McName who preceded him in death April 24, 1952. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Ruth Brown, 612 Willipie St., one son, Fred E. Morey, 704 E. Benson St.; eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a great great grandchild and a half brother, Tom Binkley. A son, Lloyd, preceded him in death. He was a farmer, teamster and New York Central Railroad employee.
