Biographical Sketch (1997):855, p. 19. "Nicholas Jr. christened 28 March 1777 at Bern Reformed Church. He married Catharine Fengel March 5, 1801, and died March 7, 1814 in Potter Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at age 36. Nicholas and Catharine had one child, Lydia Ann, who later married a George Spangler. After Nicholas Stamm’s death, Catharine (Fengel) Stamm married Peter Spangler. Peter also had previously been married to Hannah Wolfersberger. And, after Catherine (Fengel) Stamm died, Peter Spangler married, for the third time, one Margaret Wolf Decker."

Nicholaus Stamm baptised 28 March 1777 at Bern Reformed Church, Bern Township, Berks County to parents Nicolaus Stamm and wife.
1814 Death Mention:876 "Stamm, Nicholaus, died March 7 in Potter Township, Centre County. He was a son of Nicolaus Stamm of Bern Township, this county. (March 22, 1814 ed.)"
